Admin Sign-in and MFA

Administrators use a password and a time-based code from an authenticator app. This extra step protects system-wide access.

First-time setup

  1. Follow the password setup link in the administrator invitation.
  2. Create the requested password.
  3. Scan the displayed QR code with an authenticator app.
  4. Enter the current six-digit authenticator code to finish enrollment.
  5. Store any recovery information according to One Hope Church policy.

Sign in as an administrator

  1. Enter your administrator email address.
  2. Enter your password.
  3. Enter the current authenticator code.

Authenticator codes change frequently. If a code is rejected, make sure your device time is automatic and try the newest code.

Never share a password or authenticator code

An administrator will never need another person's password or current authentication code.

If access is lost, another administrator can reset MFA enrollment. See Admin MFA troubleshooting.
