Can I belong to more than one team?

Yes. Your dashboard and schedule combine relevant activity across your active teams.

Can a team leader also be a member?

Yes. Team leadership adds management permission for a specific team without removing normal member features.

Does an event manager manage every team?

No. Event managers manage events and templates. Team roster and schedule management still requires the team-leader role for that team or Admin access.

Why did an assignment appear without a request?

A leader can assign a volunteer directly when a separate response is not required.

Can I change an accepted assignment myself?

Members can respond to requests and manage availability, but leaders manage active assignments. Contact the appropriate team leader when an accepted assignment needs to change.

Who can see published schedules?

Active users can view published schedule information available through Serve. Management actions remain limited by role.

How long is old information kept?

Administrators choose from the available retention windows for events, audit logs, notifications, and closed invitations. See Settings Reference.

Is there a mobile app?

One Hope Serve is a mobile-first web application. Supported browsers may offer an option to add it to your home screen for app-like access.
