My Schedule and Availability

My Schedule combines upcoming assignments with dates when you have said you are unavailable.

Review your assignments

Open My Schedule to see upcoming serving dates, events, teams, positions, times, and assignment status. Published schedules are visible across teams so volunteers can understand the full serving plan.

Add an unavailable date

  1. Open My Schedule.
  2. Select Add unavailable date.
  3. Choose a start date and end date.
  4. Leave Unavailable all day on, or turn it off and enter a time range.
  5. Add an optional note that helps leaders understand the conflict.
  6. Save the unavailable period.

Use a date range for vacations or other multi-day absences. Use a timed period when you are available for only part of a day.

Remove an unavailable date

Find the unavailable period on My Schedule and select Remove. Removing it does not automatically change an existing assignment; contact the appropriate leader if a schedule still needs attention.

Availability affects scheduling

Serve warns leaders when a proposed assignment overlaps an unavailable period. Some authorized scheduling actions can be completed with a recorded override reason.
