Notification Problems

Email notifications are missing

  • Confirm that email notifications and the relevant category are enabled in your profile.
  • Check spam, junk, and filtered folders.
  • Verify that your account email is correct.
  • Ask an administrator to review delivery status if the problem continues.

Text notifications are missing

  • Confirm that your profile has a valid U.S. mobile number.
  • Confirm that text notifications and the relevant category are enabled.
  • If you previously replied STOP, consent must be restored through the supported process before texts can resume.
  • Carrier filtering or delivery delays may still occur after a message is accepted.

App notifications are missing

  1. Confirm that App notifications and the category are enabled in your profile.
  2. Check the browser or device notification permission for One Hope Serve.
  3. Make sure focus, do-not-disturb, or battery settings are not silencing notifications.
  4. Reopen Serve and try enabling app notifications again if the browser subscription is no longer active.

The bell shows unread items after I opened a message

Open the notification from the bell or the Notifications page. Use Mark all as read if several older items remain unread.
