A page or action is missing

Serve hides features your account cannot use. Check the roles and permissions reference.

  • Event Management requires Event Manager or Admin.
  • Team management requires Team Leader for that team or Admin.
  • The Admin area requires an active Admin session with MFA.

If the assignment appears wrong, ask an administrator to check both your system role and team role.

My team is missing

Only active team memberships appear under My Teams. Ask a team leader or administrator to confirm that your membership is active.

An assignment is missing from My Schedule

Check My Requests in case it still needs a response. Confirm that you are signed into the invited account and that the event has not been cancelled. Contact the team leader if it remains missing.

Serve reports an availability conflict

Open My Schedule and review your unavailable dates, including timed periods. Correct an outdated period or coordinate with the leader before they proceed.

Serve reports an overlapping assignment

Review the other event, team, and position named in the warning. Team leaders should coordinate rather than assuming the person can fill both assignments. Use an override only when authorized and the schedule is confirmed workable.
